The Loft Studio, home to Salcombe Art Club, has now had a full year of activities, exhibitions, etc. and is looking as fresh and impressive as you left it last February. Of all the various projects I have worked with, the re-roofing, re-decoration, re-wiring and the fitting of the new flooring to Salcombe Art Club was the smoothest, most hassle-free operation of them all. We started in November 2011 with a tight schedule, an even tighter budget and (justifiably) watchful neighbours. Additionally the Club is housed in a listed building in a small corner of Salcombe with very limited access. You brought the project to a finish on time, within budget and with satisfied customers and neighbours. The Club was back in action with courses running at the end of January 2012.
I would recommend MP Construction without hesitation. The workmanship was, not only in my opinion, but also in the eyes of surveyors and architects, of the highest order. You were easy to communicate with, your personnel developed a good relationship with the neighbours while maintaining a high work rate and the finished article was all that we had hoped for.
